Tough one. I believe in freedom of speech but not slander and your are not immune from the consquences.
AuRevoir · 36-40, M
Yes..
I believe in conflict and working through the issues enough that everyone can realize to keep as much distance from each other as possible if they don’t get along..
All the censorship is for words of all things is just stupid..

Freedom of speech does not preclude one from being prosecuted for inciting violence and/or criminal acts.

No. Without a civil society and without democracy you should shut up.

@Roundandroundwego what does democracy have to do with freedom of speech?
Roundandroundwego · 61-69
@Iwantyourhotwife the founding fathers said something about it in the Constitution. Murka not know! Brains!....

Rights have responsibilities.
Freedom of speech doesn't mean freedom from consequences.
I do support free speech, but I'm not a free speech absolutist. When you're inciting violence against a marginalized community, slandering and defamating their character, etc. it's not on.
Also you have the right to free speech, but you don't have the right to an audience.
