I'm not understanding Kash Patel.

I do feel for the people who are forced into doing this to animals in human trafficking but it makes no sense as it relates to hiring in the fbi. Kash Patel says that he is wanting to hire people who were victims of trafficking that were forced to participate in animal stuff.
At the same time though, I'm having a hard time with two questions:
1. About how many people are wanting to sign up for the fbi who also are engaged with animal grape and been the victims of human trafficking.
2. How is a victim of human trafficking also have beastiality in their record in the first place if they are victims. I know the system punishes sxx workers too but it's really sus here and I genuinely am not getting this.
