Like mandatory lifetime revocation of driving privileges in all 50 states and US territories upon 2nd DUI within lifetime.

With minimum 5 years in federal prison and $50k fine for driving on a permanent DUI revocation by making a violation of DUI revocation a federal offense requiring such violations to be processed in federal court.
