Regarding the documents obtained at the FBI's search of Trump's place...

If they were, as described, highly confidential...how can they be released by a judge?

The warrant itself has already leaked. It's available for view online. However the affidavits are in need of scrutiny by Trump lawyers. The judge had to view those before he signed the warrant. The documents themselves may be viewed by the judge because Trump declassified them before removing them to Mara Lago.
