Doxxing and Harassment Laws: Many jurisdictions have specific doxxing or anti-cyberstalking laws that prohibit publishing personal identifying information (PII) of law enforcement officers, judges, or public officials with malicious intent or to incite fear.

Depending on state and federal laws (such as 18 U.S.C. § 119), knowingly publishing restricted personal information of a law enforcement officer to threaten or encourage harm can be prosecuted as a misdemeanor or escalated to a felony.

Officers targeted by illegal publication of their home addresses can often file civil lawsuits seeking statutory damages or injunctions against further disclosure.

While general publication of public records is sometimes protected speech, speech that crosses into targeted intimidation, true threats, or incitement of violence loses constitutional protection and carries severe legal penalties

@pdockal doxing is free speech. Cyber stocking requires going through social media posts.

I have no responsibility on how people react unless i blatantly tell them to act in such violent ways. Thay officer is no different than Fannie Willis, Scott McAfee or Ruby Freeman and Shay Moss.

And yes. Cops sighed up to face such fears.
