Do you believe in it? If that final decision was solely up to you, could you sentence a person to death ?(For the most heinous crime that you can imagine)

We still have such a huge discrepancy between who dies and who doesn’t when it comes to the death penalty, and since it’s not meted out equitably, I don’t support it.
It’s not that I think no one deserves to be executed for certain crimes, but knowing that if they’re rich they won’t be regardless of their crime, I don’t think the death penalty should be legal here.
