Do you believe in it? If that final decision was solely up to you, could you sentence a person to death ?(For the most heinous crime that you can imagine)

I do believe in it and yes I could, ALL pedophiles and child killers would get the death penalty (that’s a whole different kind of evil) Sex offenders would be casterated.
@RebelRaven Castrating doesn’t stop the desire, unfortunately. In my state (California) chemical castration was used and while they weren’t able to offend in the usual way, they used objects to harm their targets. I do think pedophiles should be locked up.
@RebelRaven I’m not ready to go that far, because if by chance you’re wrong—and that happens— you can release a person from prison. You can’t bring them back to life. We already know we’ve executed innocent people.
