Do you believe in it? If that final decision was solely up to you, could you sentence a person to death ?(For the most heinous crime that you can imagine)

@Adrift Honestly it depends on the circumstances if there's 100% proof without a doubt that the person was guilty then yes, i think that the punishment should fit the crime. I've seen way too many stories of mistaken identity or the actual criminal coming forth when its too late.
