This Resident Killed 6 People…

He had previously been deported and snuck back into the country and ended up in Oklahoma. Six lives lost after he caused an accident.

The judge gave him 4 years in prison for each death and 2 years for not having a valid drivers license. All to be served Concurrently! Meaning he will serve only 4 years total for killing 6 people.

It sounds like a bad judicial decision. I don't have the details supporting it. In fainess to illegal aliens the statistics show that they are neither more nor less likely to commit crimes. We may also statistically note that Biden was doing a better job at deporting than Trump.

@AnnaBunny I'm long beyond trusting any statistics claimed by Democrats. Sanctuary cities go a bit further than not cooperating wit ICE when illegal immigrants get arrested, they also get hidden and have charges dropped.

To see how Democrats get to lie about crime rates, how many, if any, pro-Hamas campus rioters who destroyed university property, who prevented Jewish students from getting to their classes were charged with crimes and prosecuted?
Was he deported for a violent crime or any crime other than not having a green card? Was the

I’m more concerned with homegrown U.S. citizens. They commit a heinous crime, the system lets them out on “good behavior” well before a quarter of their sentences is served, and commit a violent crime again.

@sunsporter1649 I’m assuming they were the ones who lost their life to the accident, which is very sad and tragic.

I don’t think ALL THESE fatalities were committed by illegal immigrants but maybe I’m wrong.

In the U.S., approximately 13,524 people died in alcohol-impaired crashes in 2022. This equates to about 32 deaths per day or one death every 45 minutes. Drunk driving accounts for roughly 32% of all motor vehicle traffic deaths in the U.S.
Here's a more detailed breakdown:
2022 Data: 13,524 alcohol-related fatalities.
Annual Death Rate: Approximately 32 people die in drunk-driving crashes every day.
Percentage of Traffic Deaths: Drunk driving contributes to roughly 32% of all traffic deaths in the U.S.
Recent Trends: The number of alcohol-impaired crash fatalities slightly decreased from 2021 to 2022, but it's important to note that there were increases during the COVID-19 pandemic.

@sunsporter1649 So now you think you can speak for me, eh?

@faery The ms-13 gang member is back in his home country, where he belongs

@sunsporter1649 Fine, keep the murderer instead
4x6+2 doesn't equal 4...
cherokeepatti · 61-69, F
@MarbleMarvel All sentences served concurrently. Stacked them up and 4 is the longest one so they are all served in 4 years…TOTAL.
@cherokeepatti a man driving drunk killed my uncle and got out in a year. They don't take involuntary manslaughter very seriously.
The automated system was warned, eventually its fuel is depleted, so it's cessation is not going to be a surprise
