Do You Double-Check To Make Sure Your Doors & Windows Are Locked Before You Go To Sleep?

@NativePortlander1970 I am too. Thinking he is scoping out who lives in these places before he enters the home, if it is a single woman maybe most of them don’t have anything for protection. A little dog would be a good idea too.

@NativePortlander1970 They generally don’t brag about it if they do. Which is a good thing in my opinion. I knew an older student in the mid 80’s who was going to a gym. One of the other women she knew at the gym, also a student, told her she had woke up one night with a man on top of her trying to pull her jeans down. She had no roommate and had laid down to rest on her bed and fell asleep. She had a little surprise for him, reached under her pillow and grabbed her pistol and shot him in the side (not lethal). He grabbed the spot and whined “You shot me.” He left and I believe the police found him, can’t let a wound like that go without getting treatment.
