If a convicted murderer/rapist/molester serving a lengthy sentence has expressed a desire to end his life......

should the state or govt honor his wishes and allow him to end his own life ?? What are your thoughts ??

If they have served more than half of their sentence , the request should be considered for review and executed as per panel's decision.
