If a convicted murderer/rapist/molester serving a lengthy sentence has expressed a desire to end his life......

should the state or govt honor his wishes and allow him to end his own life ?? What are your thoughts ??

It should be up to the victim or the next of kin to decide. If they can't be consulted then it should be referred to an internal hearing and should be based on the convict's general conduct. It should be seen as a privilege.
