Why trump won't get away with it this time.

I keep hearing from others that the indictment against Trump is a witch hunt and a political weaponization of the justice system. I know others are busy and don't have time to delve into the details of the indictment, so I wanted to give a summary of what we know.

The 37 criminal charges against trump have been part of a two year bipartisan investigation against trump, including the FBI, CIA and DOJ, as well as the special council of bipartisan citizens of FL, who determined that indictments must be brought against the former president. Here is what we know:

1. The fact that he held classified documents and said that he declassified them in his head has been determined to not be legal. Yes there is a process to do so. He incriminated himself each time he came out and said again and again that he did this.

2. He was asked to return the documents when they discovered he had him at his resort in Mar Largo, Even after they raided his place, he utilized numerous individuals to hide boxes of classified documents and, now recently, a recording came out where he was bragging about them, again, incriminating himself.

3. He did not just "casually" end up with these documents. It was discovered that when he left office, he had more than 100 boxes loaded into a private plane to be delivered to Mar a Lago. Many, many of these documents contained info related to our, UNITED STATES, nuclear capabilities and vulnerabilties, as well as other countries. We don't know which countries due to redactions. For non-Us citizens, maybe it was your country. There is evidence that he shared these TOP SECRET documents with others.

This man is a black stain on this country and deserves everything coming to him, and more. MAGA? NO. What about Hilary? What about Biden? NO. Anyone who continues to support him cannot call themselves a patriot. MAGA.

Don't take my word for it. Go directly to the sources and read the full indictment. Look at the evidence yourself.

Think you need to listen to at least Chris Christie. There's no getting around a subpoena. Which no other president has ever denied.

The guy isn't fit to be president. Even Christie is saying that. Other issues are just that, other issues! Don't tie one into the others. Wrong is wrong is wrong!

@sunsporter1649 I could do the same with Trump tripping down air force one! I don't!

@sunsporter1649 same for Trump. This will go on forever. And you should know that I will keep on going until you stop the nonsense. Both are old. So was Ronald Reagan.

@DeWayfarer And the bestest and brightest of the demonocrat party is a doddering old demented fool.
DeWayfarer · 61-69, M
@sunsporter1649 and the king of all demented old clownish jesters has just been proven in Trump.

Geesh! Ignoring a subpoena. Not even a foolish clown would ignore a federal court order!

Again how long do you want this to go! I've gone for months before!

@DeWayfarer

So nobody ignores a federal subpoena?
He's the first?
(This isn't me supporting anybody just pointing something out)
DeWayfarer · 61-69, M
@pdockal the first president to do so. Not even Nixon ignored his. He resigned and got immediately pardoned...

Pardoned for what? Any crimes. He knew Ford would pardon him that way. It was arranged not ignored.

While Clinton complied with the subpoena.

If Trump would have complied at all, this investigation, much less the indictment, would never have happened!

Why he's the king of all foolish jester's! He could have avoided this, just like Nixon avoided his subpoena.

If he can't think ahead of time, then he is in no way fit to be president. Scoundrel or not!

BTW this is a rewording of what Chris Christie said because he was hinting at this without saying the details! Pretty darn good I would say.

Now think about that! I don't particularly like the the man, yet I do respect that he can think! Yet Trump can't think!

Trump doesn't deserve to be president, no matter what political stance he has. He can't even think on behalf of himself much less a whole country.

Is it no wonder half of Trump's colleague's are avoiding him on this issue? Yet on the other hand they are afraid of his fanatic's.

The fanatics like above adore the court jesters no matter what. Look at the memes they present. Up until the jester confronts a guillotine. Then they'll make a martyr out of him with gold statues rather than say that he is the jester that he is...

@DeWayfarer

Prior to Trump, only three former presidents received congressional subpoenas: John Quincy Adams, John Tyler and Harry Truman. Only one testified.

In 1953, former president Harry S. Truman refused to comply with a House subpoena after he was accused of knowingly appointing a Russian spy to a position while in office.

The committees issued subpoenas to former presidents Adams and Tyler about their knowledge of how the money was used. Tyler testified to two House select committees established to investigate the charges. Adams provided a deposition only.

@pdockal the house let it go (rescinded) and ignored Truman and did their own investigation. Adams gave in with the impeachment of his VP.

And you're forgetting Ulysses Grant in which a civil war ensued. You can't ignore a civil war. And Clinton and Nixon which I have mentioned.

You're talking about sitting presidents BTW. Nixon was still sitting when it happened. Clinton was already out of office.

Ex Presidents are still considered presidents. Why your supposed to say Mr President to an ex president. Trump was an ex president when the subpoena was issued.
