Rape is rape, period. I don't need to think about it, consider the circumstance or know anything other than in fact an alleged rap did in fact occur. If it did, you raped another and I don't care if you knew them, didn't know them or if they were your spouse, cousin, or whatever. You ass needs to go to jail.
