As a person who was once labled a criminal who was put into a rehabilitation program for criminals ( ended up stuck in the program for like 4 years) they put the focus on cognitive thinking distortions or also called sabotaged patterns of thinking

How’d it work ? Did you find any of the programs helpful? @morrgin

@Graylight yes it was helpful. It helped me be more of a relaxed person and not looking for an excuse for everything. I learned how to communicate with others in a more positive way.
The best thing i got from it was they cured my boredom. I never get bored. They did this by making me sit in a circle with others and for 3 hours I had to listen to them take turns telling me what my thoughts are when I'm bored and how it impacts everything and everyone around me. I had to write every word they said down. As a result I no longer get bored.

@morrgin That’s really great. Sometimes it’s the low points that lead to the higher summits. Thanks for sharing your experience.
