So the guy that invaded the White House correspondents dinner is being charged with attempted murder...
Of the President.
Seems kind of week to me. There were hundreds of people there. Who is to say he wasn't going after the VP or some of the journalists. He never pointed the weapon at the Prez.
Why not charge him for the attempted murder if a Federal agent? He shot that person in the chest (I heard one reported that it hit his phone).
Unless they get a lot of social media posts hating on the Prez...seems like a weak case.
Of course they just want him locked up for now...which I get. Seems like he could get a no bond either way
