Roberts had the reputation of being conservative prior to becoming a Supreme Court justice, but hasn't been very conservative since. I have a friend who is a law professor at U of Iowa...he says you don't really know how they are going to rule until they get there. Amy Commie Barrett has been a total bust as well, but the signs were there. A Bush-ite and recommended by McConnell. Thomas and Alito are the only two who are reliable.
