The driver that hit Star

Has finally pled guilty on all accounts.
So now we are waiting for the court date to be set. My buddy has one of the top auto and injury lawyer at his firm working on the case

Only thing I'm worried about is that Star and myself might have to be witnesses. I have no clue how I will do in a courtroom situation or on the stand.

And she has been through so much trauma I hate that she's going to have to relive it one more time talking about it on the stand.

That flimsy excuse of her driving barefoot is not going to work. Driving barefoot is perfectly legal in all 50 states. I drive barefoot all the time and believe me, it's safer because your bare feet has a tighter grip on the pedals. Ask any barefooters on this site, and they will concur that driving barefoot is perfectly legal, even in Missouri.
