Your honour I would like to posit, that as the defendant is cat, anything said feline lays its eyes on has automatically been deemed its property
It is long standing precedent if you refer to the case of
Pharoah Thutmose III vs Granary Cat c 1450 BCE where it was proven that the Throne belonged to said cat based on the rule of "if I fits, I sits."
