Court today..my nerves are shot

My anxiety is up and im nervous . Sweaty palms..i hate legal issues..what if he gets out to hurt me again?
What if the judge doesnt approve my ex parte?
Hes gotten off before..im scared but i need all the prayers possible. Thank u
