I sort of hate to agree with their decision, but yes, Congress needs to make the decision.

@Ontheroad Their right it's a decision for Congress, and the House, but that's what the 14th amendment states. Where their wrong, deliberately wrong for political reasons, is that Trump is free to run for President. As per the 14th Congress and the House must clear him to run, by a two thirds majority.
