With $250 million, he could have opened a big website and filled it full of evidence of election fraud; made traveling exhibits and sent them around the country; put out lots of explanatory videos proving his claims, etc etc.
But he did nothing of the sort. Around $10 million went to the first 61 court challenges, but it's still a big question where most of that $250 million ended up.
