If the federal government won't enforce their own laws the states have a right & obligation to protect themselves

Based on that they aren't defying anything but doing their duty

@pdockal yep...but Abbott is not taking this laying down. i admire that man tremendously...now lets talk about the mess in Florida. they have taken over my state. no one speaks English. they are turning this state into a third world country.
