@Changeisgonnacome it's not unreasonable if you are breaking federal laws or suspected of. Any D.O.T. position can test at will - considering you are responsible for the livelihood of others.
In addition - private businesses are allowed to set their own drug & alcohol policies.
Upon hiring, the new employee is made aware of all of this, there is nothing "against your will".
It's not a good argument.

@Keeper yes, it's unreasonable-. Nobody even proved that employers benefit from being vigilante cops.

@Keeper you seem drug obsessed. There were decades when we didn't have to be checked for drug use during non employment hours because of the fourth amendment. But the drug addled people don't remember.
