making your child clear their plate when they eat is a form of abuse.
how can you sit there and force your child to continue eating after they said they were full. do better as a parent.

Unfortunately, this was just the norm back in the day. My dad said he was forced to do that, even to eat foods that he did not like, and he was not even a picky eater. Thankfully my parents never did this to me and I would not do it to my kids either.
