Ghislaine Maxwell is appealing to be released on grounds that a previous plea deal struck nearly 20 years ago makes her current-
incarceration invalid.
That deal was made when Jeffrey Epstein was jailed 13 months for "procuring" a minor. As part of the Florida deal he would serve in exchange for the Florida DA not going after his conspirators.
New York prosecution states that the deal is funny and that it is limited only to Florida state and so they are in the clear with any further prosecution of Maxwell. Miss Child Rapist clearly does not agree.
