This brings back junior high memories of an older math teacher who would stand in the doorway of his classroom holding a yardstick during class changes and watch for girls walking down the hallway and start tapping them on the butt with the yardstick. The cheerleader types would giggle and scurry off. He did it to me one time in 9th grade (I usually tried to walk on the other side of the hall) and I stopped, took the yardstick out of his hand, and looked him in the eye and said “Don’t you ever do that again!” And he never did. I am not blaming the students in this teacher’s case because he shouldn’t have done what he did, but did even one of them speak up that to that teacher? We should be teaching our children to be assertive when such things happen the first time.

@Matt85 there’s a percentage of pedophiles that work in jobs that deal with children, they need to weed all of them out of the school system (and everywhere else too) and deal with them severely. I think it’s around 15% on average that are in schools, a local police officer talked about this.

@Matt85 for the first offense if convicted. Harsher if it happens again. A teacher told my daughter that pedophiles won’t let being castrated stop them. They continue on because they are sadistic at heart.
