If both parents have a history of violence towards humans and animals, criminal records, mental illness and drug abuse/rehab/halfway house, why does CPS let them keep their infant? If these messages were shown in court or a CPS investigation, what would allow Sarah Autumn Beal aka Serah Sbizzle to keep the baby?

She's joking. CPS doesn't remove children from their mother for joking around. But she should definitely find a good adoptive home for her baby when it is born.
@4meAndyou But if you joke around about killing your baby and sacrificing it so someone can drink it's blood you are still mentally ill and may even be insane enough to abuse or even kill the child one day. I thought CPS has to take comments like that seriously.
@4meAndyou Casey Anthony didn't seem like she would kill her baby, posting photos of them together having fun and she didn't even say stuff like that. Also, this girl has other weird posts on FB about not wanting it and that it's going to be mentally ill like her one day. She openly posts about her dangerous borderline personality disorder, mental hospitalizations, drug addiction and rehab, and has pics of an animal she killed talking about how she loves the blood, and a bunch more weird stuff.
@Stuffy My point is, if you even think like that whether joking or not, you're unstable and shouldn't be having kids. Already killed animals and posted them online like a psychopath would do. What else COULD she do in the future?
@Stuffy She said on FB she ran it over and liked how red the blood is so she posted it as her profile picture. Only psychos would do something weird like that.
