@Miram This issue is irrelevant to my post. Mr.Lawrence was not harassing anyone. He just stated a fact and gave his opinion, in this case a criticism. Is criticism the same as harassing?

The players were harassed and his comments were aimed at ALL black players, suggesting that skin color had to do with their performance. Yes, it is harassment and objectification, narrowing them down to a skin color.

He added "‘Equality, diversity, s*** penalties.’ " Pretty much set himself to the reaction he got.

@Miram It would be very easy to point out some example of a penalty shootout where blacks scored and whites failed. I am sure there must be plenyy of them. But it is easier to whine about racism, and use emotions rather than arguments.

Reacting to racism and denouncing it is a moral obligation. It's a strong argument no matter how much you'd like to downplay it as just feelings.

You and @Mugin16 were so quick to suggest it was comedy but when I checked the tweets, they weren't made as humor at all. They were serious statements.

Both of you should be honest with yourselves before jumping in to whine about imaginary wrongs just because you can relate to someone through again SKIN color.

Yes, he made serious statements. Statements that can be wrong. But nobody has pointed out counterexamples showing they are.

So do you agree with his statements? Both saying that feminists should kill themselves to fight for equality, and the tweets relating skin color to soccer performance+ dissing equality as a value.

Not only it is very disgusting to encourage suicide, defend it, and twist that statement to defend it.. but the fact that anyone'd assume feminists are all WOMEN and there are no feminist men who are themselves exposed to the same rate..That my dude is very stupid.

You can talk about suicide rates without suggesting that feminists should kill themselves, dehumanizing them and then denying that the statement was made.
