I Believe In Age Of Consent Reform

Such a tricky subject, given how different societies view this tricky subject.

Like for example the Age of Consent in Angola is 12 years old, in Japan it's 13, in Austria it's 14, and so on!

My point is I think it's a societal issue that a country must make based on it's own norms and traditions. I don't want to say anyone is right or anyone is wrong, but it is always healthy to debate these things regardless :)

I think with younger people and consent, it's not so much about people their own age having sex with each other but it's about someone young being taken advantage of by someone much older and getting away with it because it's legal.

@SW-User German regulations are made for exactly that case. You can legally have sex from 14, but age-based laws apply until 18, and there is a clause regarding relations between over 21 and below 16. These laws manage quite well to allow almost every relationship that works well for both and forbid the abusive ones
