States should impose amendments to family law that:

Make parents who are ICE agents ineligible for custody or parenting time by default.

With minimum child support based on 75% of GS10 federal pay grade gross salary.

With permanent no contact order from kids and custodial parent or guardians under penalty of 10 year's in state prison.
