He was described as sweating, awkward, obviously lying, and trying to explain his embarrassing and dramatic proclamation that he vowed never to be in the same room as Epstein "socially, for business, or even philanthropy because he was gross" as meaning he, alone, would never be in the same room with Epstein and that didn't apply if he was with his wife and kids.

If a person refuses to testify under oath, a court should be entitled to infer anything from that failure to testify, as they are in civil trials with those who plead the fifth..😷
