Not hardly, first if you add all the wealth it is not in cash value it is companies stock. The government would destroy those businesses also we are a country of rights. Are you proposing stealing the government stealing the wealth of people who earned it. If so it will never be enough they will come after you and me next. The government needs to quit spending.

@Alabamarednek seized assets should never stand in a democratic republic. This is theft even if the government did it with out tax law changes. The paris climate treaty would have taxes every American even those making minimum wage. I firmly believe if you make your money legit you keep it. Your proposal would violate rights and laws.

Remember when the IRS began investigation those TV preachers? Hey lawyered up and the IRS gave up on them. Naturally those preachers claimed the government was persecuting "Christians" and raised more money.

Civil forfeiture doesn't require cinviction or indictment/charges. It just takes suspicion. The fact is that billionaires are the exact kind of criminals civil forfeiture laws are meant for.
