So if they can't get even a grand jury (which has much lower standards) then there is no way they could get a conviction, which means they're just wasting everyone's time.

In fact, it’s the jury, the prosecutor, and the court reporter—there’s no defense at all. It’s meant to say that the case has actual merit.
Clearly, none of these Demented Donnie DO(in)J have any merit at all.
The courts are getting very frustrated and irritated with all these frivolous cases clogging up their schedules.
And the contempt that Bovi displayed to the federal judges is outright criminal—and the whistleblower made it clear that that contempt originated directly with the Apricot Antichrist.
