How do you personally accept the growing incarceration rates and the new troops in US cities, knowing that the population is more peaceful than ever?

Theres no law like martial law! Disipline through fear! Higher taxes to fund the western war machine! Indoctrinate the next generation through our well crafted education system! We need soldiers to spread democracy and liberate our neighbors of thier resources!
