Well, Duh…Open The Door & Let The Criminals Enter & Do Business….

Oklahoma has issued more medical marijuana grow licenses than all the other states combined that have legalized medical marijuana. What do you expect when they issue so many permits without scrutinizing who they are issuing them to. I think they forgot history, and the Chinese drug Tongs that were in the USA during the 18th century. Those Tongs were involved in Opium sales, Prostitution and Gambling. Today the Chinese in Oklahoma are involved in illegal drug trafficking, sex trafficking and other vice. There have been murders at the grow centers and other crimes uncovered with their businesses.

im torn.
i know the world smells funny and sucks when its full of stoners..
but i cant see how its not the same as alcohol..

also. if you legalise it. and tax the stoners instead of 100% going into dealers pockets.
its a cash injection into the economy...

@TheOneyouwerewarnedabout Stores all over these days. You see one and the next block has another….I have no idea how many are in my city but it’s easy to get a prescription for it. One store owned by a city council member brought in a doctor that sat there and wrote out prescriptions for any reason. Seems unethical to do that in a store.
@cherokeepatti
Clinical doctors have been nothing but big pharma pill representatives anyway…

@TheOneyouwerewarnedabout Know someone who started getting medical marijuana as a freshman in college. It didn’t help her mental condition.Now she has bragged about going to a doctor who will prescribe her what she asks for. She is getting worse by the year as a result.

If they wanted to make money put a few on I-35 going south. Our trump loving governor keeps weed illegal. He almost banned gummies last month.
Marijuana dispensary is the same as a liquor store silly ive lived in cali and now live in OR hahah trust me

@TryingtoLava Actually it’s not the same. They are a magnet for criminals who want to make money doing illicit things.
@cherokeepatti hahah okay patti

@TryingtoLava You are apparently clueless about the crimes that are going on in Oklahoma that are associated with the industry. It’s not enough to legalize and tax it. There are criminals that want to not pay the taxes so they are selling it on the black market and that is resulting in violent crimes here. This is the reason there was testimony in front of Congress.
In the 1700's opium was dang near unknown to westerners
