How is ALL political violence blamed on Trump regardless of which party does it?

If a liberal attacks or kills, it is because of retaliation against Trump rhetoritc
If a conservative attacks or kills, it is because Trump inspired them to do it.

Yet Trump has never told anyone to shoot anyone or even said as much as top Dems like Chuck Schumar, Maxine Waters, and Cameltoe Harris have said directly to their followers.
