@Bumbles Regardless of "their country, their laws", actual violent crimes that pose real dangers get far less immediate attention. It's also my country, and I'm allowed to express my disquiet at people being arrested in my country for expressing opinions on an online platform.

@weestar I can see why this case got a lot of attention, though. I’m in the US so murder is more popular than football. If you don’t kill at least 10 people in a mass shooting here the news cycle will exhaust the subject in a day or so. Killing kids gets you more coverage, on average, one day per kid.

And JK is always willing to lend her twisted hand to the occasion which causes more uproar.

I’m certainly not of the opinion you shouldn’t express yours. I’m American, we believe in free speech. I also don’t go to North Korea and call Kim Jong Un a tub of pork lard.
