What do you think is in that El Salvadorian prison? What are conditions like in it?

I've been to some pretty miserable prisons, but those are bad by Oregonian standards. I can, however, extrapolate. Brutal treatment by guards, surrounded by the most violent gang members in the world, and if you're not one of them, you don't live very long.
