The whole point of a free country is everyone inside the borders gets those freedoms.
If they lose their right to defend themselves from charges, you're next.
You USED to have the right to only be apprehended by police who require probable cause or a warrant, and must identify themselves.
Poof. Gone. That right has been taken from you.

Not all rights are equal:
Illegal immigrants do not have the same rights as citizens, such as the right to vote or hold certain government jobs.
In essence, while the Constitution does not guarantee illegal immigrants the same rights as citizens, it does protect them from arbitrary actions and ensures that they are treated fairly under the law.
The "border search exception" allows for warrantless searches at or near the border, even without probable cause
Immigration officers can also enter a home with the consent of the resident.
immigration officers can also detain someone if they have "reason to believe" the person is likely to abscond (run away) before a warrant can be obtained
ICE officers can use administrative warrants (issued by immigration officials) to arrest individuals suspected of violating immigration laws, and these do not require a judge's signature
THESE AREN'T NEW RULES
