A police cruiser wasn't set to park, they were so in a hurry that they forgot to set the park and then the car ran him over. But they still arrested him, even after he was run over by them... for jaywalking.

The Tulsa Police Department told KJRH that jaywalking can be used as probable cause to talk with someone further due to increased crime in the area.

The officer who did not put his police unit in park is scheduled to come under review in June, according to KJRH.

The man who was run over was charged with jaywalking, resisting arrest and obstructing justice. He is scheduled for a court hearing on Thursday.

Due to reports about increased crime jaywalking is seen as probable cause. They pulled him over because they profiled him while getting him on jaywalking.

@sunsporter1649 Oh wow. It's concerning police forgot to put the parking brake on and that their cars have ran over a millio people since you said you seen it a million times. That's even more reason for it to go to court so they can check what's going on.

@sunsporter1649 He was in handcuffs on the ground and not allowed to move, it's in the video, you can clearly hear them. And he didn't deserve to get arrested for jaywalking.
