Should frivolous appealing be a crime? There need to be actual consequences for his Royal highness DJT!

You are wasting the courts time and the tax payers money. If appeal is rejected multiple times, it was. You should have a more severe sentence? And be required to pay for wasting everyones time\money. Especially if the sentence\penalty has not yet been served\paid.

As I know cases where the accused, despite being financially privileged, have other financially privileged enemies bribing the judges against them.
We don't live in perfect world where having money solves all your problems and saves you from being targeted. It does significantly decrease them but not erase the possibility.
Donald Trump though is different issue.
