With the death of brian we need some harsh regulations and taxation on privately paid NON LAW ENFORCEMENT personal body guard protection services. .

Defined as someone who is not on government budgeted taxpayer paid time. As in state trooper governor protection detail or US Secret service type.

With taxes on such privately paid for protection at $100k per man hour of such protection before paying the worker and liability insurance needed.

If a person feels the need for such protection as a non high profile politician, then they need to pay up or rethink their lifestyle.

I have read this a few times and cannot make sense of it. You want the government to impose taxes on private protection services? And not just want, you think it is something we "need"?
What is your agenda here? who is benefiting from this extra taxation, and why is it suddenly important?
