My mother in law called DCF which is child protection services

Apparently my mother in law thinks she has the right to take away my child all because i wont let her near my child again. We moved to massachusetts sadly we are homeless but we been staying at hotels and we been getting the help we need move on. On the report she says that we are not getting the help he needs because he has autism, we just moved this month but its rich coming from her...she never got my wife the help she needed she had to deal with undiagnosed autism and adhd. She basically slapped and kick her growing up but thats my wife's story to tell.
When we lived with my mother in law for the second time in 2022, it was so bad i became suicidal and then she blamed me and said i cant handle criticism but it was criticism she told me that she wished her child never met me and that im useless and among other things. Anyways the dcf worker was so kind and he gave us clues, the person that reported had the same last name as us so the dcf worker already knew this was just family drama and that this might be a false report which it was. Also the case was dropped right away. Honestly i swear we were laughing with the dcf worker because it said we were mentally ill for leaving florida 🤣🤣

I am glad things worked out for the best for you and your child. It doesn't matter what state you are in, the entire DCF system is in need of a serious overhaul. There are too many foster care kids in the system who are living terrible and miserable lives. Instead of focusing on them, social workers are running around doing wild goose chases because of "over sensitive" or overreacting morons who call the system complaining about problems that don't exist.

Also my child is healthy, happy and has a roof over his head at all times.

Oh God! Glad you get to keep your son 🧡
Watch out. It finally happened to me and my child is 28. The courts are busy in every city ending your right to contact people, and that emergency feature in my phone only screams at bio moms with their own kids.

Good you simply got out of Florida. They have little control out of state borders.

my $0.02: make sure you understand grandparents rights where you are. She may be playing a long game that ends in her favor

Jesus. Why is it always the toxic people who claim that if people can't handle what they dish out, they're "too sensitive"? It never occurs to them that they might just be сunts.
