People forget now, but there was a lot of controversy over the OJ Simpson case

To many of us, nearly 30 years after the trial, it seems pretty clear the man was guilty, and got away with murder because he had expensive attorneys. But at the time, with the Rodney King beating fresh in everyone's minds and the police looking like they could literally get away with murder, there was a lot of mistrust of law enforcement among the black community. Even a case with overwhelming circumstantial evidence like the OJ case raised doubts in the minds of people who felt abandoned by the people whose job it is to protect the public.

What side did you take in the OJ case? I think y'all can guess what I think, but I'm interested in your opinions.

L.S.F he had F. Lee Bailey. the rest of that legal team was insignifgant by comparision. . Bailey defended the Sam Sheppard, Patty Hearst and the Boston Strangler. Somewhere their should be a book on F. Lee Baily defenses. Probably is one. The guy was a legend in the crimminal defense world.

Goldmans's blood was in the Bronco. Footprint that matched his shoesize was outside the house, dog fibers and OJ and the victims in the glove recovered from his home. Nicole was almost beheaded suggesting a crime of passion while Ron Goldman was killed but more dispatched.

We could never known for certain and none of us were at the trial but It didn't look good for Simpson.
