When police say they can't list adults as missing because they "could have chosen to disappear"..
..is this where the term "cop out" originates? At least be honest with us and say you don't have the time/resources/desire

@TurtleEclipseOfTheHeart I feel like the boards of police are not blamed enough too. for example with the Breonna Taylor shooting...the cops checked with their board first, i believe!
