Someone calling your 13 year old daughter “jail bait” is a legitimate reason to take a person by the throat and batter them senseless.

Anyone can use words like "jailbait". Maybe it could be a woman who thinks the girl appears like jailbait, or it could be a friend of the girl. It could be anyone who isn't a heterosexual male using this term, and we don't even know if the individual does find her sexually attractive in this scenario.
They could be just assuming that other people, who are older, will desire the girl sexually. All this is is acknowledging possible or likely behavior from other individuals, yet they could get beaten for saying it?
