Someone calling your 13 year old daughter “jail bait” is a legitimate reason to take a person by the throat and batter them senseless.

The kind of person who goes around calling 13 year-old girls jailbait, seems to be the kind of person who might end getting the last laugh, when you end up in jail, and they will then sue you for everything you've got.
The smart thing to do, is find another solution to protect your daughter from verbal abuse, and that includes any legal options you may have at your disposal.
