Do countries that implement the death penalty only do it to their own citizens?

Why did I ask this question?
We don't have the death penalty in our country and I want to know if I can get this sentence if I go to a country where this penalty is applied and commit a crime. Excuse my curiosity and sorry if I said something wrong, English is not my native language

No. The CIA openly planned to kill Julian Assange. Obama openly assassinated Osama Bin laden, we killed Saddam Hussein. Really. Was you there? Context is forbidden where Americans are uber alles, so facts don't do squat.
@Roundandroundwego so our country kills people without a trial?
@Roundandroundwego yes, but they're impossible to reach by words. Nobody can say it.
@Roundandroundwego then talk to the hand.

@Roundandroundwego Military/CIA assassinations are very, very different from trial and execution of an average citizen by the state.

Like the CIA and US military are Bad Guys but for example if I went to Iran and they tried to execute me, there'd be a big fucking deal about it.
