Is unequal justice really the biggest problem we face in this country?

The biggest problem facing the country right now is a two-tiered justice system, in which friends of the regime are protected and allowed to commit crimes with impunity, and political opponents of the regime face life imprisonment for lesser crimes.

For the record, I disagree with Hemingway's article in many other ways, including how to deal with a "two tiered just system," but I'm curious about what SW thinks about this point.

It seems kind of odd to me to say that this is the "biggest problem facing the country."

Honestly, I think Hemingway's proposed solution is a bigger problem then her problem. Then again, I don't like insurrections or dead kids.

It is patently obvious we do have a two tier justice system . The flaw with McConaughey’s plan is it is not common sense . Red Flag laws give the libs all the power they want and they will use it!
@TexChik And you just fed into my other rant for the day.

Is there really no way to keep a red flag law from being "easily abused"?

If Government acts badly, should we just reject the idea and take the law into our own hands?

Or, maybe it's just liberal governments? Is it justified to rebel against liberal governments?

@MistyCee look how the libs went nuts with the coronavirus fiasco . Lib officials wanted to deny everything to those who didn’t buy into their vaccine scam. And they arrested people for trying to work.

It’s the fast track to a civil war and millions of dead.

The people have a right to revolt against tyranny.
